Carlson Gracie Poland runs its main academy at ul. Kamienna 141 in Wrocław's Krzyki district, next to a Kaufland store, with parking nearby. The Wrocław academy was founded in 2018 and is part of the Carlson Gracie team. The club also has branches in Trzebnica, Leszno and Żmigród.

The owner and founder is Michał Łapka, a black belt who trained under Carlson Gracie Jr. He also holds a first dan in judo. He has competed since 2001 and coached since 2014, is a multiple-time Polish championship medallist and a European champion, and still competes at the top level in Poland. The club says his teaching focuses on fundamentals and understanding techniques rather than rote repetition, with attention to body control and each student's long-term development.

Natalia Czarnecka, a four-stripe blue belt under Łapka and a bronze medallist at the Polish BJJ Championships in the masters division, helps lead the children's and women's groups. Her stated goal is to build the largest women's section in Wrocław.

Programs include:

  • BJJ Kids: children's classes, plus separate kids' workshops.
  • BJJ Adult: gi and no-gi training for adults, with an advanced group.
  • Od Podstaw ("From the basics"): a beginners' group.
  • BJJ Lejdis: a beginner-friendly women's group.
  • Extras: core and mobility sessions and personal training.

The club says its members have won medals at national and international events. Class days and times are published on the academy's live timetable page.
