Flow Fighters Academy is a combat sports gym at Aleja Władysława Reymonta 12 in Warsaw's Bielany district (01-842). Alongside Brazilian jiu-jitsu, it teaches MMA, boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai. The academy also lists gyms in Chojnice and in Wola Sufczyńska near Otwock.
The no-gi program is led by the coach listed on the timetable as Kuba "Watson". He teaches the no-gi intro, mixed-level and advanced classes. The academy's pages don't give his full name. Other BJJ coaches on the timetable include Karol (mixed-level gi), Paweł (gi beginners), Przemek (no-gi beginners), Alek and Maja (kids' classes). The academy's site does not list coaches' belt ranks or lineage.
The BJJ timetable is split by level and age:
- Beginners: separate gi and no-gi beginners' groups, plus a no-gi intro class.
- Mixed level: gi and no-gi classes open to all levels.
- Advanced no-gi: a longer advanced no-gi session.
- Sparring: a gi and no-gi sparring session.
- Little Fighters: BJJ for children aged 7 to 10.
- Young Fighters: gi BJJ for ages 11 to 14, with matching MMA and Muay Thai groups.
The academy says every student is assigned a coach from their first day and can meet that coach once a month to review progress. The timetable did not show a dedicated competition or women-only BJJ class, though there is a women's kickboxing class.
The Warsaw gym is open from early morning to late evening on weekdays and from morning to mid-afternoon on Saturdays. BJJ runs across the week, with early-morning, late-morning and midday sessions as well as the main evening block. The class-by-class timetable is published on the academy's booking calendar.
Visiting and first class
- Trial and drop-ins: the site invites newcomers to sign up for a first training session but does not publish trial or drop-in terms. The price list is on the academy's site, so check it or call before visiting.
Details above were checked on the academy site and its class calendar in October 2026. Confirm the current schedule with the school before you go.
