10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu Phoenix is not in Phoenix proper. The school is at 50 N Stapley Dr in Mesa, in the East Valley. 10th Planet headquarters calls it Eddie Bravo's first 10th Planet affiliate school.

Chief instructor John Botello is a black belt under Eddie Bravo and has been certified to teach the 10th Planet system since January 2007. He started training in 2001 under Relson Gracie while serving in the U.S. Navy.

Training is no-gi submission grappling. The schedule separates fundamentals, beginners (teens and adults), all-levels and kids classes, with early 5:30 am sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
