Paulo Miyao rose with twin João through Cicero Costha’s PSLPB project, earning a black belt in 2013 after a colored-belt run that included a famous 2013 Worlds absolute win over Keenan Cornelius at brown belt. His 2016 IBJJF Worlds gold was later vacated after a USADA sanction for clomiphene.
